The Clinic offers daycare procedures so you can go home the same day. However, if you are having an early medical termination and have to come back for the second tablet, there are a range of hotels and guest houses in the area. If you prefer to be near the Clinic, look for hotels/guest houses in Edgbaston (either with post codes B15, B16, B17 or situated on or near the Hagley Road or Birmingham University). Alternatively, there are numerous hotels in the city centre near the train and bus stations as well as hotels near to the airport. www.birmingham.org.uk has good information on travel links and accommodation in the city.
