Guide to STIs
There are many different types of sexually transmitted infections. Not all STIs develop symptoms and because of this you may not know if you are infected. If you have had unprotected sex with different partners or your partner has had unprotected sex then it would be wise to get a test as soon as possible.
Young people aged 16 years to 24 years are most likely to have an STI.
If a sexually transmitted infection is left undiagnosed and untreated it could cause infertility and other health problems.
